A joint venture with Bureau SRH Architects, this project proposes a stunning new development integrated with the surrounding streets and laneways to create a memorable gateway to Parramatta City.

A new urban park and large scale public artwork are proposed at the site’s main street frontage to create a southern gate to the city.

The rectilinear podium defines the surrounding streets, while two publicly accessible through site links make connections from the heart of the project to Parramatta Station, Westfield and the commercial centre.

An iconic, sculptural tower hovers above the podium and accommodates most of the apartments. Fritted glass “sails” wrap around apartment balconies to provide weather protection and give the tower its dramatic swept form.
