Harbour House

This magnificent three level home features gun barrel views of the harbour bridge and the Sydney Opera House. The design maximises the interaction between the private realm and the public harbour from every level and every room of the house.

The land slopes between two roads, with its rear benefiting from a nine-metre rock cliff frontage, native trees and shrubbery. This allows the house to appear as a single storey house from the main road, to better suit the streetscape. Meanwhile, all living areas, bedrooms and rear terraces enjoy maximum views and solar access from the north west.

Four luxurious bedrooms occupy the lower two levels, each with an ensuite and impressive harbour views. The gym and lower ground living area lead onto a spacious back yard which includes a large lawn area and an infinity edge swimming pool.

On the uppermost floor, the family can enjoy open plan recreational and living areas. The house also utilises sustainable technology featuring solar panels, solar hot water system, and a rainwater collection tank.
